The wide antibiotics use in different areas of medicine has significantly increased the incidence pseudomembranous colitis caused by Clostridium difficile. Strong necessity antibacterial therapy hematological patients is reason a higher frequency this complication after programmed chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. atypical course clostridial makes it difficult to diagnose, leads delay treatment fatal complications. We presented case with clinical manifestations 8-year-old child Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Disease was complicated colon perforation fecal peritonitis, which required surgery long-term rehabilitation. analysis publications devoted malignancies carried out possible reasons its reviewed. ways improve diagnosis, prevention serious are presented.
